Working as D.G.M (CIVIL) with GODAVARI POWER & ISPAT LIMITED (HIRA GROUP) , SILTARA RAIPUR ( C.G) IN CHARGE FOR ALL CIVIL ACTIVITIES INSIDE PLANT, AND AT IRON ORE MINES , ( ARI DONGARI ), IRON ORE BENIFICATION PLANT AT ( GIDHALI). (18.06.10 to uptill date)
Worked as A.G.M (CIVIL) with ACTION ISPAT AND POWER PVT. LTD JHARSUGUDA IN CHARGE FOR CONSTRUCTION OF 250 TPH COAL WASHERY (in final stage of commissioning ) , 9MVA FERRO ALLOYS (Commissioned on 16th feb 2010) , PRIVATE RLY SIDING (Documentation and survey work in progress ) AND 2 X 45 MW+ 1 X 25 MW POWER PLANT in progress under the guidelines of M\\S DESEIN PVT LTD , NEW DELHI work taken up by M\\S petron engg ltd. Surveying & soil testing completed by M\\S S.K.MITRA & ASSOCIATES , THE PLANT LAYOUT IS PREPAIRED IN COORDENATION WITH M\\S KORUS ENGG SOLUTIONS PVT LTD . THE PRESENT CAPACITY OF PLANT IS 2 x 350 TPD SPONGE IRON PLANT, 12 X 6 MT INDUCTION FURNACE AND 8+24 MW POWER PLANT. (24.06.09 to 17.06.10)
Worked with ARYAN ISPAT & POWER PVT LTD , As Asst General Manager (CIVIL) , in charge for construction of Private railway siding 2.5 kms long 2 major bridges with three loading unloading platform , 1 x 350 TPD sponge iron plant with 8 MW WHRB , & 12 MW AFBC & 5MW WHRB attached with old 2X100 TPD sponge iron plant , 132 KVA switch yard , jet hostel and residential complex , part of team for 140 acres land acquisition for 2X15 MT induction furnace and feature expansion . (09.05.08 to 23.06.2009)
Worked as Manager (CIVIL) with SMC POWER GENERATION LTD, JHARSUGUDA. An integrated steel plant with 2X350 TPD sponge iron plant 5 X12MT Induction furnace 8MW power plant, 150tpd rolling mill, 150TPH coal washery . Presently I am engaged in construction of 25MW power plant 120TPH AFBC Boiler, 4X12MT Induction furnace with ingot casting , 132 KVA switch yard , 1.2lakh cum reservoir and 3.5KM road .along with civil I am in charge for design department, record room and library. (01.04.07 to 08.05.08)
Worked as a Deputy Manager (Civil) with Eastern Steel and Power limited. The past assignment was commissioning an integrated steel plant with executed 1X350 TPD sponge iron plant, 12MW power plant, 4x8 MT Induction furnace, Steel melting shop & rolling mill at site LAHANDABUD JHARSUGUDA,ORISSA .The duties & responsibilities consists of execution of plant structures as per the plans and drawings of P.E.C.L , Site development , Construction of roads & buildings , Foundations for all technological structures , water reservoir ,.Along with civil I am in charge of utility services which contains installation and commissioning of Settling tank, Water treatment plant , softener plant , D.M. Water plant , compressor house , compressed air supply , industrial water and drinking water supply , H.S.D & Furnace oil supply. (07.05.2005 to 30.03.2007)
Worked as an Asst Manager (Civil) with M.S.P Steel and Power limited. The present assignment is commissioning an integrated steel plant with proposed 2X350 TPD sponge iron plant, 24MW power plant, 2x7.5 MT Induction furnace, Steel melting shop & rolling mill at site JAMGAON. The duties & responsibilities encompass Survey & layout for Roads, structures, Building & utilities, Estimating, Execution & Billing, and Preparation of proposals and execution of plans Preparation of Estimates Finalization of contracts and execution of work Supervision (08.07.2003 to 06.05.2005)
Worked as a Site Engineer with M\\S ARISTO PLANNERS (INDIA) Pvt Ltd. during 15\\10\\94 to 24\\3\\96. The responsibilities encompassed supervising, preparing Estimate, BOQ, Measurement and Labor Wages Accounts. Sites Coal handling plant Lakhanpur, Ib.Valley area under Mahanadi coalfields limited.
Working simultaneously as Civil Contractor for various projects of Mahanadi Coalfields Ltd, Indian Oils Corporation Gas Bottling Plant, individual houses & commercial buildings etc
Also worked with the office of the Assistant Engineer, Public Health Sub Division , Jharsuguda under P.W.D, P.H Division Sambalpur circle , Government of Orissa during 04\\10\\96 to 05\\10\\97 as part of Post Diploma Practical Training.
The responsibilities encompassed supervising, preparing Estimate, BOQ, Measurement and labor wage & Accounts. The Site for this work was at Brajrajnagar Water supply Project

Construction of sponge iron plants -350 TPD, with bucket elevators , Day bind ,PSB .
Construction of power plants – 8MW WHRB to 45MW AFBC with chimney ACC reservoirs.
Construction of Steel melting shops with cone cast 2 stand & 3 stand with Over head tanks.
Construction of Oxygen plant, Rehabilitations of wire drawing plants.
Construction of Ferro alloys plant 7.5mva furnace to 9mva. With dedusting system , Zig and storage sheds.
Construction of RMHS system with railway siding, Truck tipplers, Ground and surface hoppers Lumps Crusher , Scrubbing and washing plants , Coal and iron ore washeries.

Construction of RCC ,CC , WBM ,Black top Roads & Bridges (MAJOR & Minor) .
Construction and operation of water supply system including filtration plant , DM water plant , compressed air , LDO and FO system as per the govt bye laws.

Repairing of Bunker, Feeder breaker, strengthening of conveyor structure, fabrication of bunker top guard plate of Coal Handling plant at S.O.C.P (M.C.L), Miscellaneous structural and repairing works at I.O.C.L L.P.G Bottling plant Jharsuguda.
MECHENICAL REPAIRING WORKS :
Repairing of Generator set 140 KW/KVA current -194 Amps and steam Baking Machine for preparation of food for patients at Central Hospital, IB Valley Area, Mahanadi Coalfields Limited. Repairing of Heavy Pumps including machining works etc at M.C.L
DENTING PAINTING & BODY WORKS OF HEMM :
I have successfully completed various repairing works including Denting painting glass repairing complete body and repairing critical damaged body of various HEMM such as Escorts Crane,HMB-279 shovel, L & T CK -300 Hydraulic Excavator , rotacoal Drill , H.M Dozer GD 600 R-2 Grader HM -35Dumper and LW-35 Dumper.
