Operating of Store with the set of budgets & to initiate cost controlling. Follow up with concern department and coordination with the buyer Group to achieve project plan. Dealing with client and sub contractors regarding materials issue. Commercial activities, Venders selection & local Purchasing, Weighbridge operation and working in ERP.

** Safety and security of all the materials and accessories.
** Store and site materials theft prevention in coordination with project and security team.
** Knowledge on the material properties their safe storage procedures and handling.
** Identification of critical, high value & fast moving items & take necessary steps for processing of materials Indents.
** Preparing documentations for materials issue, damage, returns and their routine checking.
** Submitting regular reports about overall stocks and periodical materials reconciliation.
** Knowledge is all construction materials related to health and safety and their usages.
** Maintaining log books for tools and equipment maintenance.
** Maintaining and updating all material related records in prescribed formats
** coordination with on-site safety and project teams.
** Issuing exit pass/permit for materials if required.
** Surplus materials declaration.
** Monitoring of materials receipts and stocks to ensure that all formalities are completed for the all outgoing and issue of materials.


Ensure proper accounting of materials.
** Preparation of Comparative Statement of Quotation.
** Dealing with the client when materials lifting and verification.
** Checking and processing of suppliers and transporters bills.

Logistics and distribution Responsibilities :
** Manage stock levels, delivery times and transport costs;
** Use associated information systems to coordinate and control the order cycle;
