** To assess the Control of Hypertension and Incidence of Microalbuminuria.
** To study the choice and commonly prescribed anti - hypertensive drugs in Diabetes Mellitus patients.
** To Estimate the Adherence and Non adherence levels and to educate the patients to Improve medication compliance.
