Duties and Responsibilities :
** Underground Piping Preparation of Inspection and Test Plan, checklist, procedures and review of construction drawing.
** Material Receiving inspection of all RTRP/FRP Pipes and fittings, Gasket, valves, flanges, bolts & nuts in compliance to material list, mill certificates, test reports and correct material specification.
** Control of quality for piping fabrication such as fit-up, visual and dimensional inspection conforming to approved for construction drawings.
** Responsible for issuance of Non – Conformance Report if any violation and out of standard for piping works.
** Conducts quality co-ordination meeting and initiate corrective and preventive action.
** Inspection of UG RTR piping spools fabrication, installation and testing.
** Assign as hydro test engineer for all piping and thermoplastic piping, shop fabrication.
** Line flushing, air blowing; pressure testing, piping lay-up inspection, relief valve installation, re-instatement and final inspection for mechanical completion.
** Responsible for inspection of pipe spools for shop and fabrication such as fit-up, dimensional and visual inspection as per SADARA
** Standards Prepare Request for Inspection(RFI) to Project Management Team(PMT) and Project Inspection
** Division through Quality Management Information system(QMIS)
** Witnessed, checked, monitor and inspect of hydro test pressure as per SAES-004(General Requirements for Pressure Testing)
** Prepare Non- Conformance Report (NCR),
** Preventive Action Request (PAR) and initiate corrective
** Action for every violation and out of Standard of Construction activities.
