JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
** Responsibilities as Quality Engg : In Process Inspection.
** Handling all Standard Room Activities read in engg drowning casting and mechining layout.
** To maintain the quality of the product by using various quality tools such as 7QC TOOLS.
** Analyze variation during in-process production by applying SPC.
** Maintaining Kaizens & 5S.
** Knowledge of CMM(Cordinate Measuring Machine).
** Operate some instrument like height gauge, micrometer, Vernier caliper, hardness tester, profile projector ,prature bore gauge, Babel producter, surface tester, andslip gauges .
** Preparing the Measurables.
** Handling In-Process defect through CAPA(Corrective Action Preventive Action).
** Knowledge of 7QC TOOLS.
** Knowledge GD&T symbols and can inspect all the parameters like flatness, straightness, Perpendicularity, parallism, profile, concentricity, symmetricity etc.
** Knowledge of SPC (Statistical Process Control) MSA & FMEA.
** Knowledge of PPAP (production part approval process).
