The research basically includes the degradation of Complex organic and inorganic hydrocarbons into simple carbon chain using Fungus. The potential of biodegradation was studied comparatively between two fungal species. The Aspergillus fungus was sequenced and found similar to species Aspergillus awamori.
In future the biodegradation is helpful in clearing and to eradicate soil, land and water pollution.
