DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :-.
** To Check and maintain the Daily Planned Preventive maintenance schedule
** Mobilize resources for day-to-day mechanical maintenance activities. Ensure compliance to procedures and best practices. Assist respective discipline Manager in Spares identification for procurement
** Operation and maintenance of boom conv
eyor, belt conveyor 1600, 1400, &1200mm.
** Stacker and Reclaimer having maintenance on luffing power pack, bucket wheel power pack.
** Yard management and raw material handling.(Total 8 yards of 975 meter long, 45 meter width)
** Routine Check-ups of Equipments.
** To plan the shut-down maintenance schedule.
** Ensure that all pending jobs are promptly entered into SAP-PM system.
** Ensure Shutdown jobs execution as per schedule.
** Work on Punch point.
** Coordinating with planning for work schedules and priorities.

Power plant- 150x 2 MW (CFBC BOILER), 110x 1 MW and 40x 1 MW (AFBC & WHRB BOILER)
DRI- 1.8 million TPA (500x 8 TPD)
Blast furnace - 1.3 million TPA
Sinter Plant-1.3 Million TPA and 2.4 Million TPA are in under Project work.
Steel Making Shop- 120x 2 TPD, 60x 1 TPD Arc Furnaces and 20x 3 TPD Induction Furnaces.
Coke Oven- 0.85 Million TPA.
Oxygen Plant- 150x 2 TPD.
