Product Design & Mould Design in 2d & 3d including Core cavity extraction, Electrode extraction, Assembly & Part detail drawing for manufacturing. Analysis using Mould Flow. Suggestion given to project engineer for rectification after trail. Assist for Quotation & Process planning and also involved in R&D for Product & Mould

The head office of Daniel & Sons Group, which is having a number of tool room in Mumbai & Kerala having 9 modernized CNC machines. They are manufacturing and exporting all type of injection moulds & also having a well-equipped production center in kerala. Their customer spreads in India and abroad ((Europe, Africa, Middle East and other Asian countries).
Designation- DESIGN ENGINEERS (MOULD)
Responsibilities : - Product design & R&D on products as per customer requirement, Mould Design & Detail drawing for manufacturing & also schematic follow up of mould.

(3) DODWELL ENGINEERING Mumbai (January 1999 to November 1999)
Commercial tool room for manufacturing and exporting of all kinds of Injection moulds, Blow moulds & Press tools.

Responsibilities : - Handling tool room, supervising workers, mould follow up, partially involved in mould design & making detail drawing for manufacturing.

(4) BPL REFRIGERATION Ltd., Palakkad (June 1998 to December 1998)
Modernized Tool room of BPL, for the production of moulds & press tools of their product.
