Well versed with Planning Preventive Planned Maintenance, SOP, and Break down routines, Defect rectification, Testing and Tuning of equipments. Three years experience in building up the project as well as MEP manager for the project of Pillais HOCL Educational campus at rasayani and was able to run a smooth organization with various department. Presently as an MEP manager for the project Holiday inn at Goa under Graviss group.

Project management :
Hands on experience in installation of Electrical equipments which includes system installation, preparing WLDs, power supply arrangements, ventilation arrangements, de-gutting and re-gutting, fire fighting arrangements, general lighting, offloading of turnkey contracts and liaisoining and coordinating with various Naval and Civil organisation for timely completion of the project power supply arrangements at Naval Dockyard Mumbai.

Facilities Management :
Facilities Management like maintenance of utilities such as Air-conditioning System, Building Management system, Fire alarm system, CCTV system, Access control system, UPS system, LT switchgears etc.
Handling & leading the team of peoples such as Helpdesk, front office Executives, BMS operators, Electricians, HVAC operators, Housekeeping Supervisor & workers, Cafeteria & Food management vendors.
Implement plans to manage facilities as per organisationals needs and parameters.
Supervising, Maintenance of Large size facilities including units site Offices etc.
Managing allocation of space/ asset and ensuring proper maintenance of records.
Negotiating for finalizing Service Agreements with contractors for execution of service work as per budgeted parameters.
Arranging for all necessary inspections, approvals and licenses.

Procurement :
Planning and Coordinating for procurement of equipments
Identify and develop a reliable vendor base (Vendor Management) for cost effective sourcing of the same.
Managing inventory for procurement, service entries and bill checking.

Human Resource Operation. :
Developing HR plans aligned to the organization Strategic plans
Design Policies and standards for staff issues.
Conducting performance appraisal of the employee in the company.
Handling the management of Health and safety of the employee.

Security :
Responsible for Managing Security of the organisation/factory.
Managing and monitoring Data back up of Access System and CCTV System.
Through Knowledge of NBCD Warfare and expertise in Fire Fighting and Damage Control.
Providing first aid in case of Medical emergency.

Liaison/Co ordination :
Liaising with necessary bodies for stationary requirements and AMC/ARCs.
Maintaining excellent relations with Higher echelons, Statutory & Regulatory bodies, Vendor & Contractors, Private firms & Government bodies.
