1)Looking after the Process parameters of the P-doper & Diffusion of the fully automated m/c by SCHMID Technologies of Germany.
2)By the use of Phosphoric Acid (H3PO4) we are diffusing the N Layer on P type wafers at particular Temperature for particular period of time.
3)Certified Training undergone by Steve Skipper of Sierratherm, Germany for Process & operation of the Diffusion Furnace.
4)Training for Design & Process FMEA (Failure Mode & Error Analysis) has been given by Dr.Bhutia for types of failure that take place in the process & design of m/c.

Ltd.Department :Wafer Line, Cell LineDuration :June, 08 – August’09Designation :Production EngineerResponsibilities : Manufacturing of Multi crystalline Wafers in HEM (Heat exchange method) furnace, in this furnace we melt silicon above its melting point (up to 1550) and after cooling we make poly crystalline silicon ingot.
After this we cut the ingot in Bricks using Band Saw machine and then we make wafers of size156 and 125 mm using WIRE SAW machine having thickness around 225 micron.3) Experience in PV Module production :-
Also having good experience in Module manufacturing line. Here we manufacture PV modules of 8 watts, 10 watts, 12 watts, 18 watts, 37 watts, 75 watts, 120 Watts etc. I am able to start Module manufacturing plant for solar PV modules using Different Machines Like SUN SIMULATOR, LAMINATOR etc.
