** Verification of Payroll (Excel) and Disbursements Accounts.
** Preparation Monthly Funds Requirement Statement.
** Coordination with Customers for Payment & Receipts follow-up.
** Fixed Assets Registers (FAR) Maintenance.
** Verification of Excise & Commercial Invoices. GRN raising for document
** Purchase Orders (maintenance) verification and forwarding to DGM.
** Maintain Raw Material & Finished goods on a daily basis.
** Monitoring Physical Movement of goods as per Documents.
** Daily Physical Stock taken & weekly MIS Report taken.
** Monthly Stock report preparing.
