Project Title : FEA Based Characterization of Voids: Stress Distribution and Harmonic Based Detection
Introduction : The objective of the project was to analyze the effect of internal casting void, its shape, size and location onstructural integrity of the component. Two approaches, Structural and Vibration analysis were performed
Structural FEA was established, so as to study stress and plastic strain distribution due to shape, location and size of the void
Presence of a void may alter the naturalfrequency of a component.
Modal analysis was performed to verify if this is true, and detection of approximate void size was done using Harmonic response analysis
B.E Project :
Project Title : Automation of axle and nut assembly station.

Worked as a Production Engineer in Spaco Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from Feb. 2011 to July 2011.

To handle the production of an automobile carburetor on vertical milling centre and special purpose machine production line. Management of manpower and to solve the problems independently to avoid interruption during production cycle to achieve dailyproduction target
