Job Responsibilities :
** Inspection of the components using instruments (Height gauge, Vernier caliper, Micrometer, Bore gauge, Pistol caliper, Profile Projector, Roughness tester, CONTOUR ).
** Inspection of the development components and making their inspection reports.
** Check the quality of casting & rectification of patterns.
** Measuring system analysis.
** Handling of man power and monitor their work.
** Preparing all quality documents like Control Plan, FMEA, SPC study, check list etc.
** Preparing Revalidation reports of the components.
** Segregation of casting rejection and machining rejection.
** Calibration of Instruments, JIG & FIXTURE, Gauges.
Trainings Undergone :
** Six weeks training in Federal Mogul Goetze ,Patiala.
** Six month training Mahindra & Mahindra Swaraj Divison , Mohali.
Computer Knowledge :
** Basic knowledge of Computer , MS Word, Internet, Auto CAD.
