VALVE SYSTEM :

NATURE OF JOB :
Air cooling, oil cooling and oil pump operation, air compressor and starter, hydraulic rotating motor, valves, oil pipelines maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Diesel engine erection, maintenance and operation over hauling the mechanism gear box, sliding mesh, constant mesh synchromesh and epicycle boxes operation, clutch, propeller shaft and universal joints, different mechanism, rear axle and front axle, maintenance suspension system, steering system, steering gear boxes, wheel alignment, brake system, hydraulic brake, air brake master cylinder, wheel cylinders bleeding of hydraulic brake system, brake shoe expanding devices, brake adjustment mechanism, troubles and remedies, gauge equipments maintenance.
WORKING AND OPERATIONAL KNOWLEDGE :
Maintenance of the turbines generator, maintenance of the power generator diesel engines of fire water pump engineers like caterpillar.
Turbines generator filter changing, well head platform, power generator operating, maintenance of power systems, hydraulic oil pump, valves, air compressor, operation and safety Precaution etc. DIESEL ENGINE AND GENERATOR OPERATIONS
Diesel engine's cooling lubrication system, oil pump gear type and rotor type maintenance, direct injection and indirect injection, cylinder block, cylinder head, liners, piston, piston ring, crank shaft, cam shaft, connecting rod, timing gear, valve timing mechanism, trouble shooting.
Air and water cooling radiator, radiator pressure cap, impeller, thermostat valve operation, Fuel feed pumps, mechanical and electrical fuel pump, fuel injector, fuel filter maintenance.
COMPRESSOR UNIT :
Piston type compressor, screw type compressor, and multistage compressor, startup and shutdown lube oil pump operation, lube oil maintenance cooling water circulation, lube oil filter, regulator (FRL UNIT), control pressure switch operation etc.
PUMP OPERATION :
Centrifugal pump, gear type, vane type pump, single acting and double acting, reciprocating operation, startup and , lube oil level maintenance, water cooling supply, vibration check, mechanical seal check, up normal sword check, oil viscosity check, suction and discharge pressure checkup, filter and strainer operation, trouble shooting, etc.
SAFETY DEVICES :
H2S safety, fire safety using crown gas tester, (CH4, H2S) fire extinguishers – (foam, DEP and CO2) fusible plug operation, deluge valve operation, breathing apparatus, safety jacket, gas detector, smoke detector, heat detector operations, H2S detection, fixed monitoring system, electronic monitors, tube detector.
CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS :
Experience in maintenance of Single Stage Pumps and multistage pumps
Experience in assembling and dismantling of pumps (Boiler Feed Water Pumps, Cooling
Water pumps, Ammonia Feed Pumps, Crude and Vacuum Residue Pumps,
Seal, Packing, etc.
RECIPROCATING PUMPS :
Experience in maintenance of plunger pumps, chemical dosing pump, double triplex
Pumps and methanol injection pump, etc.
Experience in assembling and dismantling of
Pumps.
ROTARY PUMPS :
Experience in maintenance of Gear pumps, Screw pumps and Vane pump, etc
COMPRESSORS :
Experience in maintenance of Centrifugal Compressors, Reciprocations process Air
Compressors, Instrument Air Compressor, etc
COMPRESSORS :
Reciprocating Compressors (2000 PSI) changing cylinder, hot valve, lubrication
Oils, monthly services 1250 Hrs, Semi-Annual and Annual Service.
Experience in maintenance of Reciprocating Compressors like CO2
Compressors, Ammonia Compressors, Instrument Air Compressors, etc.
Experience in maintenance compressors.
TURBINES :
Experience in maintenance of Steam Turbines and Gas Turbines.
OTHER FIELD EXPERIENCE. :
Experience in maintenance of Heat Exchangers, Gear Boxes, Blowers, Isolation valves
MECHANICAL SEALS & GLAND PACKING :
Experience in fixing and removing seals of pumps, compressors, etc.
ALIGNMENTS :
Experience alignments of pumps and compressors, motors etc.
PIPELINE WORKS :
Involved in erection of pipeline, maintenance, measurementation, testing.
OPERATION KNOWLEDGE :
Oil transfer pump, fuel gas scrubber, inert gas generator, flare stack, sump tank, operations of air system, Chemical inhibitors.
Qualification : DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING
