Working as BSS Engineer in Vodafone Project, Bihar & Jharkhand.
Good exposure in Requirement analysis, Like functional support for BTS, FIU, CERAGON, NEC , BSC, MSC, Fiber Optical &Electrical Equipment.
Installing and commissioning of (NOKIA FLEXI), ULTRA,& METRO BTS Microwave and Transmission units and performing acceptance test on GSM, 900/1800 BAND.
Performing operation and maintenance for GSM BTS (Nokia Ultra Flexi, Metro site and Flexi Hybrid site) which maintaining99.9% up.
Handling 80 BTS sites and 3BSCs and monitoring all the sites & links through BSC and performing quality check of newly installed sites for the purpose of Acceptance Test.
Creating and defining new TRX’s and expanding existing sites of ultra and FLEXI BTS. Analyzing BSS reports and coordinating with RF peoples to make network congestion free.
Controlling the electrical team to minimize electrical problem and remain in touch with marketing team to provide them required quality in network (reducing call drops & better coverage).
Installing the TMA on various sites to improve the problem of call droppings in network and co-operating with transmission section to bring the area to a stable state.
Maintaining SDH transmission (includes TEJAS STM-1, STM-4 and CERAGON and NEC links equipment’s) and also Maintaining PDH transmission (includes FIU-19, FXC-RRI and Flexi hopper links).
Performing activities of bringing transmission of node sites from PDH to SDH and planning the re homing of sites from one BSC to another.
Creating ring of 16 sites using NOKIA METROHUB, BSC3i S-14 hardware up gradation and maintaining flexi hybrid sites.
