CAREER OBJECTIVE :

COMPANY PROFILE : NINL, a Joint venture company promoted by MMTC, LTD (Govt of India, Enterprise) IPICOL, (Govt of Odhissa, Enterprise) and other Govt agencies, has set up 1.1 MT integrated Iron & Steel plant at Kalinga Nagar. 1) Looking after all the refractory activity for SMS, Iron making, Sinter plants & power plant refractory related activity of procurement, planning, & execution of jobs of all these units.
2) Looking after all the Refractory activities related to blast furnace category-II capital repair jobs.
3) To bring constant improvements in techno-economics related to refractory.

RESPONSIBILITIES HANDLED :
** Performed duties as a shift in charge in SMS-1 shop for maintenance of Ladles, convertor, mixer, tundish during working tenure, achieved highest ladle life of 180 heats, highest convertor life of 13771 heats (world record), achieved highest mixer through put of 2.9 MT & highest tundish back up life of 911 heats.
** Performed duties as in charge in Planning and co-ordination of refractory lining of 130 & 175 MT convertor lining & 1300 MT hot metal mixer lining.
** Planning & preparations of indents for refractory requirements as per the business plan & co ordination with procurement, commercial.
** Introduced 7 inch zonal lining pattern for ladle in purging side and rest 6 inch in SMS-1.
** Responsible for successful installation, erection of 175 & 130 MT RH Degasser refractory and maintenances of RH degasser Refractory. Technology by SMS Demag.
** Performed duties as a Refractory In charge in 300. TPD. Lime calcinations kiln -3 Erection Project, Technology by CIMPROGETTI – ITALY OF Twin “D” Type kiln.
** Performed duties for Regular Refractory Shut down activities of Iron zone, Blast furnace 1&2 of 0.8 & 1.5 MTPA Capacity respectively & Corex -1 & 2 of 0.8. MTPA capacity Each Technology by (VAI, Austria)
** Performed duties as a shift in charge in Blast furnace no-3, Hearth carbon block lining of 4015 cubic meter volume & 2.8 MTPA capacities. Technology by M/s VAI SEMENS.
** Worked as, In charge for Iron making Hot metal ladle shop, Pellet plant & sinter plant.
** As refractory in charge for Wire & Bar rod Mill-1(160 T/hr each) and Bar rod mill-2 reheating furnace walking beam type, (220 T/hr) project, successful completed procurement, erection and commissioning of Long product project.
Technology by M/S Tenova, Italy for WRM & BRM-1 & M/s Danieli Centro combustion, Italy for BRM-2.
** As refractory in charge for HSM-2 reheating furnace, walking beam type project of 5 MTPA capacities of 3 no’s furnaces with capacity of 350 T/hr each, India’s widest mill with 2150 mm rolling capacity. Successful completed the refractory procurement, erection & commissioning activities. Technology by M/s Tenova, Italy.
