ACADEMIC PROJECTS :
Minor Project (B.Tech) : Wireless device control using dtmf ic.

A unique System for home automation utilizing Dual Tone Multi Frequency (DTMF) that is paired with a wireless module to provide seamless wireless control over many devices in a house. Successfully executed for a single appliance.
Seminar : Voice Operated Home Automation System
The aim is to enable and control various home appliances using voice commands given by the disabled.
It is divided into four phases :
1.
In the first phase, Voice is given as input to the LABVIEW through microphone. Data exchange done using Data Acquisition System. LABVIEW provides graphical interface and displays the front panel having icons. Control signals are generated according to the voice commands.
2. In the second phase, the Signals taken by DAQ are given to controller through serial communication port. MC outputs the corresponding signals for enabling respective relay circuits based on the control signal at input.
3. In the third phase, the relay switches between various loads and the relay drivers are used to drive various loads through relays. It acts as an interface between relay and the various consumer applications. Relays having three sets of contact switches are used to enable the three different devices used here.
4. In the last phase, control signal from the microcontroller is converted to IR signal and received at the TV remote using IR transceiver module. The IR signals from the remote are received by the IR receiver inside the TV set. The various operations are performed based on signals from the remote.
