** Monitoring & controlling Electrical & mechanical parameters & scheduling to save the electricity through
** maintaining checklist for AC/Lights/Computers
** Monitoring, Managing & Controlling Food Services.
** Managing & Handling is
** sues related to building repair & maintenance work.
** Managing & Controlling Physical Security
** Ensure effective on day-to-day basis, ensure all statutory compliance as principal Employer, and coordination with Service Providers

Attendance Management  :

Mailing circular for attendance/T.A D.A forms timely to make sure the execution of salary time.
2. Verification of Attendance along with data analysis provided by Sales coordinator.
3. Salary Processing and keeping records of any loan/advance/outstanding.
4. Providing verified bank details to accounts on prior basis (for pan India employees).

Recruitment  :
1. Assisting validation calls to candidates.
2. Making arrangement for interview line ups.
3. Make sure to arrange entire process of recruitment.
4. Handling T.A D.A of concerned division for multiple locations (Total 100 employees).
5. Updating recruitment tracker.
6. Arranging Lodging for Sales employee for meeting & conferences.
7. Office Maintenance.

Office Coordination  :
1. Handling vendors for designing & printing of official working.
2. Making voucher payment for casual staff.
3. Maintaining attendance sheet for salary processing.
4. Receiving all couriers and delivering it to the right person.
5. Maintaining and checking attendance register for Housekeeping and security.

Sales Coordination  :
1. Coordinating with Pan India sales team.
2. Updating Various MIS.
3. Communicating with clients through e-mail, telephone, etc.
4. Responsible for making payment reminder and follow up.
5. Resolving Clients complaints, if any.
6. Maintaining and preparing reports of sales data.
