Description : This project involves hexahedral meshing of engine mountings, which acts as dampers, isolators which take care of vibration of engine. These components were made of rubber with steel inserts.
Contribution : Cleaning up geometry in Hyper Mesh. Hexahedral meshing without tria elements. Q.C of the mesh generated to meet client requirement. Generating input file for MSC Nastran/Abaqus Projects Handles
Project Title : Finite element meshing of Floor panels
Technology : Hyper Mesh V13
Description : Extracting the mid-surface. Meshing with average elementsize10mm. Project involves meshing of the front floor panel, backbone cross members. The individual components were meshed first then they were assembled to get full assembly. Maintaining the Jacobean of elements was one of the main criteria.
Project Title :Meshing of Steering lever assembly
Technology :Hyper Mesh V13
Description : The plastic component of Steering lever assembly was tetra-meshed with element size 4to 5. All the edge and surface fillets are captured. Maintained finer mesh in critical region and course mesh in flatter region.

Description : Project involves to build the FE model for BIW components as per the client specified guidelines. Assigning respective properties and material to the components.

Place : TAMIL NADU PAPER MILL LIMITED IN KARUR.

Description :To improve the blunt teeth with help of megna403. This electrode will help to welding over the teeth. Due to this process, increase both height & weight of the feed roller teeth. This electrode is characterized by highly wear resistance and di-oxidization. So wood log will easily chipped and make into pulp.
