Contribution : Cleaning up geometry in Hyper Mesh. Hexahedral meshing without tria elements. Q.C of the mesh generated to meet client requirement. Generating input file for MSC Nastran/Abaqus Projects Handles

Project Title  : Finite element meshing of Floor panels
Technology  : Hyper Mesh V13
Description : Extracting the mid-surface. Meshing with average elementsize10mm. Project involves meshing of the front floor panel, backbone cross members. The individual components were meshed first then they were assembled to get full assembly. Maintaining the Jacobean of elements was one of the main criteria.

Description : The plastic component of Steering lever assembly was tetra-meshed with element size 4to 5. All the edge and surface fillets are captured. Maintained finer mesh in critical region and course mesh in flatter region.
