** Managing day to day operations of the outlets, marketing and business development. To Take care of MIS, Liaison with local authorities. Looking after food quality and customer satisfaction functions.
** Keeping control of food and labor costs, ensuring Health, Safety procedures & standards are maintained.
** To plan & lead the operations of the outlet as per company standard operating procedures.
** Handling customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
** Cost Control (Ensuring no extra cost is occurred unnecessary)
** Local store marketing (Organizing ODC’S, Company tie up,)
** Leading a team of 151 motivated and skilled team members also involved in training SOP and new product launch.

** To co-ordinate with commissary for indenting products and dry stock.
** Responsible for overall operation of outlets for Food cost, inventory, profit & loss accounts, Manpower management, grooming, and training to manpower.
