** Conducting a awareness meeting both on work quality, safety and target date
** Tracking each activities by the help of concerned supervisors
** A site round by covering each and every corner of site
** Find outing quality and other issues at site
** Checking yesterdays progress sheet with my reporting authority and making remedies for them
** List outing material stock, material requirement by the help of store in charge ,supervisors and planning engineer by mail and phone call

** Attending progress review meeting
** Preparation of BOQ for new works and making of bills for the month end
** Have a site round at evening by ensuring work progress as planned
