Verify the CNR (Credit-Notes Report) daily, as if they are been redeemed on same day for Business retention.
Tallying the CNR on monthly bases, against sales record & if misused by employee against Company’s business.
Daily tallying of exchanged products & allocate back to respective departments.
Tracking & delivering of alteration on time.
Maintaining the record & providing the GV (gift vouchers) to customer.

Telecommunication Cash Department (T24)  :
Reconciliation of daily revenue collection through cash, card & other receipt.
Handling SIM card stock & free recharge, paid recharge.
Looking after RECO on daily basis.
