Worked as Reservation & Asst. Revenue Manager in Novotel Al Anoud Riyadh, I manage all the reservation & revenue duties and make dealings with companies. I achieve the targets assigned by the company and ensure the reservation team follows the standard operating polices and procedures. I am well versed with FIDELIO & OPERA and attended ACCOR training program. I can maintain the department without any hassles and work for the development of sales and revenue to the hotel. Help the annual budget preparation.

Calculate the availability and provide estimates for its budget
Recommend for changing strategy in order to react quickly to changes
Optimize distribution channels.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Handle all transient, corporate and travel agency reservations for rooms,
Conferences, banqueting, events and restaurants.
Review availability for rooms, restaurants, banqueting, conferences and Meeting rooms and other facilities prior to taking a reservation.
Handle group reservations in accordance to the set policies of the hotel.
Controlling Rooms Inventory through GDS Global Distribution System and downloading notifications.
Up sell the rooms with the aim to maximize the revenue of rooms, restaurants reservations, conferences, events and other facilities to the hotel.
Confirm all guaranteed and nonguaranteed reservations for rooms as necessary at the earliest to avoid “noshows”.
Confirm bookings for restaurants, banqueting, conferences and events as necessary.
Review next days arrivals with the reservation papers’ to ensure all guests requests are satisfied.
Preparing Restaurant summary and Airport Limousine pickup lists for the following day’s arrival.
Updating Business on Books sheets on daily basis.
Preparing Comparative analysis on monthly and daily basis.
Preparing variance report and noshow report on daily basis.
Updating daily market segment.
Cocoordinating with the Accounts department regarding approved credit facilities, voucher acceptance from travel agencies etc and any other queries relating to the hotel accounting policy.
Occasionally assist the front office Desk for checkin and checkouts, accompanying guests to the rooms and briefing them on the hotels facilities and amenities.
Attend management briefings on daily basis.
Attend immediately to the guests complaints and ensure follow up until resolved.
Maintain an update of the hotel facilities and local service, supplies. Sponsored links :
