Job Responsibilities :
** Maintenance work of all Machineries such as –Crane, excavator, DG Set, Loader, Roller, Dozer, Motor Grader, JCB, Tippers etc.
** In the field of spares & parts of various machines such as- Excavator, Motor- Grader, Dozer, JCB,Wheel Loader, Tipper ,DG sets,LMV earth moving equipments.
** Maintaining documentation for all site activities, submittals correspondences, coordinating testing and commissioning activities.
** Sort-out the all problems of machineries such as engine heating, transmission problem etc.
** Raised the indent of spare parts which required for smooth running of machineries after final verification of problems in machineries.
** Contacts with party for quotation of spare parts as per requirement, if required provide samples of particular parts to party for correct and easily purchasing.
** After receiving of spare parts check it properly.
** Prepare the report of periodic maintenance of all machineries.
** Prepare the average consumption of HSD of all machineries.
** Maintenance work of machineries necessary for smooth working such as servicing,greasing, air filter cleaning etc.
** Prepare of Check list of problems of machineries which come from other site.
** Prepare the list of work done which is carried out in workshop if machineries transfer to other site.
