Project Specific Experience :
From March 2016 to onward. With Trinity Engineering WLL Doha Qatar. As a Plumbing Engineer at Nuwat Tower Marina Res 15 Lusail Doha Qatar (22ND Floor residential tower with 2 Basement & 1 podium)
Responsibilities :-
1. Getting design inputs from client and arrange coordination drawing for client/consultant approval.
2. Supervise Plumbing Services (Drainage,Firefighting,Water supply,Gas system) & coordinate with all the MEPF services at site for avoid rework.
3. Preparation and summaries of all measured works for payments and recording / monitoring of all site works.
4. Ensured smooth progress of work on the site by effectively, removing all the bottlenecks and successfully completing the project.
5. Prepare take offs from drawings and order qty as per schedule for monitoring budget.
6. Prepare plan billing as per schedule and compare with actual billing for tracking progress.
7. Prepare procurement sheet as per schedule for tracking of long lead items.
8. Track the schedule & achive the target.
9. Arrange mockup for Sample approval.
10. Fabrication & installation of column, beam, bracing bracket, stifner plate,base plate, cutting, welding, identificaton & painting for Utility room.
11. Revew shop drawing, Technical data sheet of material & all document submittals for client/consultant approval as per client specification.
From June 2014- February 2016. With Drake scull Water & Energy India Pvt. Ltd. As a MEPF QA QC Engineer at LODHA New Caffe Parade Project NCP Wadala Mumbai (11 nos. residential tower, 55 floor each with one commercial tower).
