Responsibilities &Expertise :-
Store :-
** Proper accounting & documentation of all kinds of material movements.
** Controlling & monitoring of Receipts, Issues, and Returns including Scrap material.
** Ensures that receipt of material confirms to the quality parameters as per purchase order.
** Reconciliation of material receipts Vs PO billing breakup.
** Co-ordinating& expediting for inspection of material with the user department and releasing of quality inspection in Sap thereafter.
** Physical Stacking of Materials, Nature vis-à-vis Space Management.
** Proper Preservation of materials as per their nature.
** Monitoring and keepting track of shelf life items.
** Exposure in proper Inventory control of materials through SAP.
** Timely delivery of materials to sites and reduced cycle time in processing the same.
** System preparation of GRN/ MIN / MRN for receipts, issues, surplus returns of materials.
** Keeping proper track for sending ofBill, Way Bill, GRN, Excise documents to the Purchase / Accounts dept.
** MIS Reports (Weekly, Monthly).
** Quarterly Physical stock verification for reconciliation of physical ground balance vs system stock by using ABC / XYZ analysis.
** Contractors Work-Order wise stock Reconciliation.
** Expediting for Fresh Procurement of short / damage stock of materials with Procurement Department.
** Indenting of material and expedite for delivery in time.
** Act as a frontline interface between the user departments, purchasers, suppliers & vendors to provide smooth functioning of operations.
** Maintaining minimum stock Level for critical materials.
** Indentifying of Non- Moving & Slow-Moving items.
** Certifying of freight bills.
** Monitoring and keeping proper track of all returnable / non returnable materials.
** Keeping proper track of all rejected / hold materials with proper identification in a separate quarantine location.
** Implementation of Store’s accounting procedures, meeting the requirements of Statutory / Internal Auditor’s of the Company / ISO compliance standards / 5S.
** Following specified formats for approval / material movements.

** Handling the Plant’s Scrap Management system through online and offline auction procedure

Purchase :-
** Planning and Procurement of Imported and domestic raw Materials.

** Finalization of Annual Rate Contract / Annual Maintenance Contract.
** Coordinating with vendor’s Favorable terms to ensure smooth execution of projects.
** Advance planning and budgeting of purchase functions, involving cost estimation contract negotiations & finalization for purchase of all parts, raw materials.
** Evaluating & negotiating with vendors for price & various other terms & conditions and finalizing the same to meet the requirement.
** Assessing the performance of the vendors based on various criterions such as quality/ technology improvement rate, timely delivery, credit terms etc
** Procuring Raw Materials for the Rolling Mill furnaces, Like Aluminum Ingot, Hot Metal Aluminum Rod, Magnesium, Silicon, Boron, Tiber Rod, Iron Powder, Degasser, Flux, etc.
** Overall consumables for Rolling mill operation like White cement, Refractory bricks, Kolenine powder, Furnace Oil etc.
** All types of Mechanical consumables like bearing, sleeve, oil seals, Rolling mill stands, Air Rotary units, Pneumatic valves, etc.
** In the Electrical items contactors, capacitors, transformer oil, all types of cables, MCB, RCCB, carbon brush, thyristor, all types of Lugs, push buttons-Cr Heater, Thermocouples etc.
** Finalizing contract man power for production, Maintenance, Packing, Traveling vechilecontract, forklift Hydra & other necessary areas.
** All types of AMCs like AC, Compressor, weighing Scale, EOT.

** Packing items like wooden cable drums, steel drums for packings.
** One year experience in the project related activities for civil & Electrical contract finalize.

Logistics :-
** Dispatching Approx. 3.4L MT of Pellets on every month to different Ports operated in Odisha.
** Handling 500 to 600 nos of vehicle every day for dispatch through our own Mobile app.
** Knowledge of both Road & Rail dispatch.
** Minimize the turn around time for each vehicle -1 :30Hrs.
** Handling inward rake for Major Raw materials like Limestone, Bentonite & Coke.
** Working as a Battery limit between higher management to lower management.
** Finalizing Transportation contract for the outward FG.
** Ensuring with Transporter for safely reaching the material to the customer store to avoid Risk purchase and LD from customer side.

** Co-ordination with Marketing for timely getting PO & LC and communication to production team as per the deadline .
** Knowledge over SAP SD Module.
** Knowledge of making Invoice, Sale order in SAP.
** Ability to dispatch the FG single handled from loading to invoice.
** Certifying of freight bills.
** Proper handling and utilization of manpower, trailers, crane’s, hydra’s, forklifts etc.
