I worked in fine dining (106 covers) for one year, 6 months in the pool bar (relaxed leisure bar),before being selected to work as barman for 18 months in the renowned Lobby Bar frequented by many international personalities and V.I.Ps. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Tack care of bar operation and make sure all guest fill comfortable.
Taking inventory and taking new stock according to Daley basis.
Make sure all area should be clean and up to date.
( menu, bar furniture’s, carpet, flower)
Tack care of staff grooming and hygiene.
Arranging internal meetings and training for new staff members and trainees.
Greeting and personalized service for all guests from the time they enter the outlet to the time they leave it. Super-attentive service for VIPs.
To take feed back from all guests and handover to out let manager after finishing each shift.
Active promotion of the hotel and in house sales provided by the hotel and advising guests of the opening times and promotions of all F&B outlets.
Shift takeovers and handovers.
