Fedders Lloyd corporation limited is producing heavy fabrication items such as casing, hopper, Supporting spool pipe assembly, columns, beams and girders for various customers around the world, which is used in sheds and power plants.
Also we are fabricating heavy I-beam, Plus and Box column by SAW process which is used in Thermal power stations.

RESPONSIBILITIES IN FEDDERS LLOYD CORPORATION LTD :
** Study and checking of P&ID’s and isometric drawings and fabricating accordingly.
** Checking all the fabricated pipes by measurement and bringing about modifications accordingly.
** Prioritizing the fabrication of spools according to the sequence of erection.
** Responsible for shop floor pressure testing.
** Responsible for erection of several piping systems such as bilge, ballast, fuel oil, freshwater, venting and sounding systems.
** Complete material management, handling and systematic arrangement and usage of all material accordingly with minimum wastage.
** Comparison of material between P & Id’s and isometrics to deduce the exact amount of material shortage if needed.
** Preparing the plan for the project as per the client requirement date.
** Arrange the team members from human resource department.
** Allot the job every day morning and follow up as per day plan.
** Update the day to day activity of production and submit the report to higher official.
** Trace and follow up the production as per the planned date.
