Objective :
Having more than 8 years of experience in Erection & commissioning and Project execution (maximum 350MW) of Power plants currently designated Manager (Electrical & Instrumentation).

Skills :
** Ensuring stage wise monitoring of the project as per workloads, work front etc. Time to time identifying required drawings, materials, manpower and machinery authorization for issue of materials for construction.
** Review of the construction program Daily/Weekly/Monthly Identifying reasons for backlogs in any taking corrective action to avoid Re-occurrence, Certification of measurements for billing purpose and material Re-conciliation, and Maintaining of records for the materials.
** Study and understanding the Electrical Detailed Engineering, SLD and power & control Circuit drawings of each system and follow up with the consultants/ designing office for modifications / correction of the drawings, as per site conditions.
** Manpower management and Responsible for executing risk management. Attending daily planning meeting and execution of works as per client requirement.
** Up keep of commissioning protocols, motors & panels test certificates for CEIG inspection
** Detailing Instruments location, JB’s location, Tray/Duct/Trench layout, cable routing, cable laying and Terminations
** DCS communication establishment and third party communication.
** Testing and commissioning of field instruments, control valves, MOVs.
** Experience in Planning and Scheduling of Predictive, Preventive, Breakdown and Opportunity Maintenance as well as major Shut-down activities.
** Maintenance & Troubleshooting of all field instruments.
** Calibration of Pressure, Flow, Level and Temperature Transmitters & Switches.
** Execution of works with proper safety measures.
