** All service responsibilities- Job Card Opening, Job work Billing, Communication and interaction with customer and company HO.
** Perform internal audit for services, store, Customer care.
** Imparting training to service adviser to attend customer.
** Identify customer requirement in particular time frame taking in account of workshop capacity and available of spares parts, its duration and cost of work,post service follow ups.
