Major Responsibilities & Job Description  :
4.6 Years Experience in Manufacturing Industry, I am handling the following HR Policies, Statutory compliance / Legal compliances, Industrial Relations, Liasioning, Employee Relations /Welfare, Recreations, Wages & Benefits, Training, Time Office & Payroll, HR-Audit, Joining formalities, HR Data & Documentation, Labour laws, A.P.HR and General Administration.

HUMAN RESOURCES  :
** Manpower planning and analysis as per the requirement of departments and analyze the utilization of manpower.
** Involving in recruitment of Workmen grade at plant level.
** Employee’s joining formalities, maintaining and updating the employee files and documentation in ERP
** Conducting the induction training program for newly joined employees.
** To look after the training calendar and co-ordinate the training programs
** Responsible for Payroll and Time office functions like payroll process, Leave administration
** Preparation of monthly HR MIS and send to Corporate Office.

HR POLICY  :
** Implemented HR policies like Disciplinary actions, Shop floor violations, Absenteeism policy and etc.
** Stringent implementation of HR policies like Leave rules, Accident reports, Disciplinary, Shift timings, Brake timings, Canteen timings, Full and final clearance, Transport timings, Employee suggestion schemes, HR help desk issues and etc.
** Grievances handling in shop floor, related to the Workmen as well as supervisors
** Dealing with annual HR-Audits like ISO and maintain the all documents

STATUTORY AND LEGAL COMPLIANCES  :
** Responsible for all statutory and legal compliances applicable to Factory as per A.P state.
** Maintaining the statutory registers whichever is applicable to the factory.
** Liasioning the Factories and Labor department works as and when require in order with submission of Annul & Half Yearly Returns and other factory related works.
** Inspection of legal compliance with Govt. bodies of Inspector of Factories, Labour Dept., EPF, ESI, Fire Dept and Pollution control board etc.
** Strictly implementation and monitoring the timely payment of EPF & ESI challan remittances for all Contractors as well as Organization.
** Gratuity and Bonus calculations and disbursement.
** Followed the Minimum wages and VDA (Variable Dearness Allowance) calculations.
** Monitoring the contract Labour compliances.
** Assisting to Legal cases in order with termination of employment, property tax payment.

IR & EMPLOYEE RELATIONS  :
** Recreation programmes, annual celebrations and employee retirement benefits.
** Build up Employee relations with new activities like.
** Employees connect – Area get together for workmen along with supervisor / incharge.
** Introduced HR Help Desk at shop floor level for better communication and relation.
** Conductance of Sports meets on National holidays.
