Roles and Responsibilities for ADP :
I have been working with FSA Claims Team for the past three years where we had to process claims for benefit services. Being a good performer in a team, I was able to hit 1000 claims per day.
I have been responsible for sending out Monthly Reports for my team for individual accuracy in Production, Quality, Schedule Adherence and Attendance and Time sheets of my team to my Managers and Team Leads.
I have been receiving many spot awards, monthly best performer awards, quality champ and was a fun team as well.
Roles and Responsibilities for UHG :
Being a senior Claims Analyst, Coaching and Training new hires on Product Knowledge.
I am a subject matter expert for the process, supported a team of 15 people.
Working as an Internal Quality Auditor for the entire team and I also used to send the detailed reports for internal auditing and production reports as well.
I am trained on six s
igma (white and yellow belt) and was fun spoc for my team.
