Job profile :
To review buyers updated manuals & inform to all INDIA locations with proper comparative study through email or webinar and implementation of changes/modification in software to reduce any error further.
To review test reports bi monthly based on prepared schedule and advice feedback to labs.
To review few test reports of new buyer protocols & complaint cases to stream line.
Coordination with affiliates to get clearance on regular or new technical update
Support all SGS India labs on Technical matters for respective accounts
To provide adequate training to the technical staff w.r.t. client's protocol.
To handle the complaints received from the clients and take adequate corrective action with help of Technical Manager & update to client ASAP.
When required visit the client to clear the technical queries.
Technical support to the client and value addition in terms of Lab visits & vendor days on buyer manuals for the client staff/vendors.

Dealed with some leading France buyers/Buying House (REDCATS India, ANDRE India, TAFFLES, Li & Fung, Camaieu, and Promod etc.).
Also have one & half year year experience of handling for all Ecological testing (like-Azo, PCP, Formaldehyde, Disperse Dyes, Carcinogenic Dyes, Phthalates, etc) performing in SGS Lab.
To provide complete and timely support to the all regarding their technical and non-technical problems/Queries.
To discuss with clients for new business and know time to time status about business running.
To provide complete help to collection team in following up with client/buying house regarding their outstanding payments.
To handle the complaints.
