This project is to automize the Hospital System, Main purpose is to maintain the records of patients, Bill amounts(Invoice) , Income, expenses . It also maintains suppliers customer details, Duty /Consultant Doctor’s, Referred /Suggested Doctor’s. Medicine details like group name ,medicine name,cost . Lab tests details like testname , cost, specific to Male and . For every patient unique patientid will be generated ,ID Card will be given to patient .
The following is ths process :
First Patient take appointment with doctor, specific time will send to patient mobile through SMS.
Patient has to be registered with patient details with photo & Consultant doctor. After registration OP No. will generated (i.e) OutPatient . If the patient has serious condition then the patient details entered in InPatient Registration for this IP No. generated.
Doctor Prescription is given according to patient condition.
Medicines / Lab tests / Suggested Doctor’s.
For Inpatient , separate book maintained , in this Drug chart, Temperature Chart , Operation Note, Material requisition, Discharge Note. If the patient is OutPatient, Invoice bill will not be repeated, if it is InPateint Invoice bill repeated until she/he dischared.
In invoice charges calculated according cost given medicine cost, labtest cost, Surgery cost.
Reports : Inpatient , OutPatient , Invoice, LabReport , ID Card …
Roles and Responsibility :
Responsible to design application according to requirement .
1. Random ID generation of Patient Id.
2. Storing the patient Details in database.
3. Check Room availability Status ,Available/Unavaiable known with color differentiation of room numbers .
4. In Invoice,bill will be generated . Bill payment can be done by Cash/Cheque .For Due amount report will be generatred.
5. Patient previous history is saved and maintained.
