Oil and gas separation :
Operation and controlling of separator (HP, MP, and LP) handling of horizontal and vertical separator, operation of separator two phase and three phase. Maintain and monitoring of separator pressure, level, flow, taking reading of hourly .Operation of separator external equipment like XSDV, PCV, LCV, ILCV, clearing of separator strainer.
Gas dehydration unit :
The dehydration consists of two sections.
Dehydration section
Glycol regeneration section
Natural gas from separator constitutes feed to gas dehydration system.
Gas dehydration :
Handling of coalecser separator, glycol contactor (Bubble cap tray), gas and glycol heat exchanger, and glycol overheat scrubber, taking of rich glycol sample and foam test. Maintaining of gas dehydration check list, Handling of gas 7MMSCMD
Glycol regeneration :
Handling of re-boiler (kettle type) lean rich glycol heat exchanger,(tube and shell type),glycol storage tank, operation of glycol booster pump, and glycol re-circulation pump, glycol flash drum, charcoal filter, checking of pH value, adjusting of stripping gas, blanket gas, maintaining of re-boiler temperature. Dehydrating medium Tri-ethylene glycol (TEG) and heating medium hot oil (HYTHERM -500) handling of gas dehydration unit 8 MMSCMD at 104KG/cm2
Crude oil pumping unit :
Start –up and shut-up of crude oil pumping unit. Collecting of crude oil from different vessel, Operation and maintenance of single and multi-stage centrifugal and reciprocating pump , Handling of centrifugal pump lube oil system-main lube oil pump, after cooler, and cooler fan, emergency lube oil pump, and main motor cooler fan, Hand-over pump for maintenance, inspection of pump any leakage in seal and vibration.
Monitoring pump suction and discharge pressure and flow.
Crude Oil Metering and Export Facilities :
Familiar of metering station .handling of gas and oil turbine flow meter, totalizer, and flow straightener, strainer (Basket type) Monitoring of export oil and gas flow rate time-to time note down the flow , pressure and temperature, Handling of crude oil pig launcher and operation of pig launching and receiving . Metering station handling crude oil 60,000Bbls/day
Produce Water Treatment unit :
Operation and maintenance of produce water flash vessel, CPI separator, and IGF unit (induced gas floater), operations of recover oil pump. Monitoring and controlling oil separator form produce water using gravity separation and adding of de – mulsifier, Collecting of produce water sample before disposal to overboard and analyzing of oil content of oil content of disposal water concentration inlet oil content 500ppm and outlet oil content 40 ppm.
Gas Injection unit :
Inject high pressure dehydrated gas into the well reservoir, operation and maintenance of multistage gas compressors (Kawasaki cooper),scrubbers, inter coolers, after coolers, separators, start up and Shut down Operations of compressor at gas injection unit, monitoring and maintaining of compressor vibration, temperature, pressure, flow, surge, through Allen Bradley PLC system
Well Head Operations and Maintenance :
Wellhead operation in unmanned wellhead platform for individual well testing based on the use of 3 and 3-phase test separator.
Operation and maintenance of self-flow well
Collection of well fluid sample and analyzing the w/computer percentage of well fluid sample,
Inspection operation and maintenance of Christmas tree(BHEL, WKM, IKS, Cameron, Kgovernor, Addco, MMA) flow line checkup for leak,
Preparation of well testing report and taking well data
Isolation and de-isolation of vessels and flow line for maintenance
Monitoring and bleeding of annulus pressure. Greasing and cleaning of Christmas tree values
Diverting well to test separator and production header. Taking of test separator D.P and gas injection through three pen recorder ( Barton, Foxbro )

Normalizing of process platform and unmanned wellhead platform-ESD, FSD, PSD.
Responsibilities for the support of company safety, environment quality policies and programs and production of oil/ gas and utilities.
Maintain all operating parameter, export produce and disposing produced water within specified limits, and report any deviation/ discrepancy to production.
Operate according to situations arising at various stages of the shift, various control instruments regulating, power, and flow, temp, press, Etc.,
Maintain an overall control over all ongoing activities.
Good communication with production team, safety, logistic and maintenance teams, for exchange of information and job co-ordination.
Provide proper inhibits/overrides for maintenance jobs and maintain proper inhibits log.
