Job Profile : FIRE ALARM AUTOCAD Draftsman
** Work in close association with a specialized team of highly experienced Engineers, Designers and support teams for the assigned projects.
** Carrying out Design and Drafting of ELV Systems using AutoCAD.
** Preparation of Material Submittals, Method Statement, Cable, Equipment Schedules & Battery Calculation.
** Project designs/drawings status reporting to the Design Engineer.
Essential Functions :
** Maintain CAD drafting standards that are consistent with the Fire Alarm System, PAVA, Emergency Lighting System & Fire Man Telephone System as per NFPA.
** Develop and maintain CAD templates and details.
** Process CAD files from outside sources.
** Prepare Construction, Shop and As-Built drawings for all projects through coordination with Salesmen, Project Managers and Technicians.
** Maintain CAD work schedule.
** Maintain a thorough knowledge of all pertinent fire codes and regulations.
