Employment Summary  :
1. Sr- HR. Executive MARCH 2016 to till date Solutions Unlimited, New Delhi Solutions Unlimited (S.U.) is facility providing Company; Providing Skilled, Semi- Skilled, Un- Skilled Employee.

Role  :
Phase 1 :
As a Sr – HR Executive, I supervised my group consisting of 2 payroll executive & 1 compliance executive for completing operations which includes 7states; 40 Locations; and all Employee Categories.

Phase 2 :
Successful running of the entire HR process starts from Joining formalities, Induction till exit interview

Phase 3 :
Payroll  :
** Preparing Salary .( Visual And Excel are the tools use for Preparing Salary )
** Transfer of Salary through NEFT
** Handling Full and Final ** Handling leave management.
** Preparation of leave encashment.
** Preparation of Gratuity.
** Preparation of Bonus.

Statuotry & Compliance  :
** Submission of PF AND ESIC through online.
** Generating UAN number and IP number from PF and Esic Site.
** Preparation of k.Y.C for U.A.N ** Generating TIC
** Maintain Compliance Forms like Muster Roll, Wages Register, Damage or Loss, Fine, Advance, Overtime, Workmen.
** Preparation of LWF and submission also.


Employee Relations
** Visiting all operating units and conduct audit into facilities being provided at branch.
** Maintaining excellent relations with the employees across the levels
** Conducting the employee welfare programs picnics / birthday of Sr. Managers etc.
** Attending in cross functional meeting in once a week

Role:
Phase 1 : Being a Jr. Officer I assist my senior in Payroll and Statutory Compliance, which include 1200 employee.

Payroll and Statutory compliance  :
** Preparation of attendance through biometric machine.
** Preparation of muster roll.
** Preparation of salary through VISUAL BASIC as well as in EXCEL through the help of biometric attendance.
** Transfer salary amount through Bank.
** Submition of P.F and ESIC through online.
** Generation of challans.
** Generating P.F. & ESIC number.
** Generating Temporary Identification Certificate (T.I.C).
** Handling salary grievance.

3. Assist. HR. Manager Jan. 12 to Aug- 14  :
Millenium Structurals (I) Ltd. Millenium Structurals (I) Ltd. is a manufacturing Company and a job worker of L&T; our work is Coating Zinc on Iron rod Payroll, Statutory compliance and General Administration.

** Preparation of muster roll.
** Preparation of salary through VISUAL BASIC as well as in EXCEL.
** Preparation document for Form 5 and 11for P.F and ESIC.
