JOB PROFILE :
I have a very good knowledge of different transmitters (Temperature, pressure, flow, level) their installation and calibration.
Calibration and maintenance of Fisher Displacer type level transmitter.
Commissioning of control valves, solenoid valves and proximity sensors.
Involved in day to day corrective, preventive and shutdown maintenance of all electronic/pneumatics control instruments, individually and ensure that all maintenance works are carried out as standard procedure.
Carried out new instruments configuration, calibration, installation and commissioning.
Pressure, temperature, level and flow related instruments calibration, installation and loop check with HART communicator and simulator.
