Recruitment & Selection :
Responsible for screening, Short-listing of resume from job portals, consultants & employee references having experience in skills like c#, ASP .net, java (hibernate, Spring), WCF,WPF ajex, java script Selenium IDE, Selenium RC,QTP
Coordinating with consultants & internal references, coordinating with candidates & line managers regarding
Recruitment requisitions
Responsible for interview scheduling
Negotiate with the candidate in salary other related matters in consultation with the management
Dealing with employees joining formalities by issuing offer letter, Appointment Letter, Relieving Letter, Confirmation Letter, Extension Letter, Experience Certificate, Salary Certificates, Increment Letter etc.

Sending welcome mail & Providing Welcome Kit
Conducting Induction program to new joiners’ & making them aware of the entire functions & policies.
Making aware to the joiners of Job description, Job responsibilities & working conditions

Allocations :
Providing I-Card & Visiting cards
Allocation of company assets to the employee such as Laptop, Sim Card, Mobile phone, Data Card & Sales Kit, Passports etc

Compensation :
Generating Attendance Report.
