ME project : Design and Analysis of E Glass Epoxy and Carbon Fiber Epoxy Composites Monoleaf Spring for Light Commercial Vehicle.
The present study evaluates the use of composite material leaf spring to reduce the unsprung weight, minimize cost and improving the strength of leaf spring. In this present study Epoxy fiber resin composite and carbon fiber composite mono leaf spring models static load analysis by using Ansys software is done and compared with the conventional steel alloy multi leaf spring. Also Mathematical Simulation is carried out on E glass fiber and Carbon fiber mono leaf spring to understand the stability using MAT lab software. Finally All the results are compared to make the conclusion.
BE project : Four Leg Moving Pesticides Spraying Robot.
In this project we have developed the mechanism of four leg and design a robot which is useful in Spraying pesticides in corporate farming.
Diploma Final Year Project : Test rig of Gear Oil Pump.
This gear oil pump test rig is useful for studying the operating characteristics of pump like pressure, volume, Discharge and Power Consumption.
