Presently working in Sree Rayalaseema Alkalies & Allied Chemicals Ltd., A Unit of T.G.V Group at Kurnool, Factory site Gondiparla from July 2007 on wards in Drawing office of Engineering Department in a position Draughtsman (Drawing Office) and responsible for indigenization of OEM & Imported spare parts by developing manufacturing drawings of equipment used in Chemical Industry along with Cogen plant and Utilities and also responsible for:
Training fresh engineers in preparation of drawings, and understanding the systems.
Able to replicate the new machinery from the existing machinery & develop the bill of materials & spares drawings.
Hands on experience in development of critical spare parts for assemblies of Pumps, Gear boxes, Refiners.
Preparing Boiler Equipments as per IBR Norms & Preparing layouts of Boiler Houses.
Preparation of Pressure Vessel Drawings as per ANSI, DIN, Norms.
Prepared equipment layout.
Prepared various general layout drawings for modification of equipments, P&I drawings.
Well acquainted with Fits and Tolerances and their applications in the machines.
Presently leading a one of TPM team in the Industry Actively involved in implementation and documentation of ISO 9002, ISO 140001 & OHSAS 18001.
