Details of project :
Material supply for Fabricationwith Design, Development & Executionand commissioning of 1x180 TPH CFBC ( 40 MW) power plant project also 2x35 TPH, 8x10 TPH Waste heat recovery Boiler at M/s Concast steel& power ltd. Jharsuguda (Orissa).
Fabrication & Executionand commissioning of 1X336 TPH CFBC ( 82 MW) power plant project at M/s Monet Ispat & power ltd. at Raigarh (C.G).
Performance guarantees (P.G Test) of Coal handling System of Such as Tarck Hopper, Stacker, Wagon Tripler at DVC Durgapur(DSTPS,2X500MW), Andal ,(W.B)
Responsibilities /Handled :
Project Planning Including Time, Resource & Quality Schedule.
Resource Scheduling Including Material Resource, Machinery Resource & Found Resource.
Formulate & Implement Project Control & Review Both Physical And Financial Targets Site To Site.
Preparing Of Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports & Submits To Client & HO.
Co-Ordinate with All the Concern in the Project & Client.
field Experience :
Look into Fabrication of Structural sections, Material requisition as per drawing, Material reconciliation (consumption& material balance in hand).
Erection of structural section as per planning & schedule, after erection respective section alignment, bolting & welding as per drawing & DP testing of welding where ever required.
Erection of Fan machinery which are including Primary Air Fan, Secondary Air Fan& Induced Draught Fan, Its alignment.
Erection of pumping machinery which are including Boiler feed pumps & vertical coupled pumps, NRV , motorized butter fly valve.
Guiding the erection gang to carry out the job & reading the drawings.
Supervision of cable laying and termination & Modification of scheme / arrangement at site to meet the requirement.
Commissioning of all Mechanical equipments and field devices & having hands on experience of testing of Mechanical equipments.
Cost estimation & condition assessment for additional correction work in Project .
Computer Skills :
Auto cad, Proficiency in working with MS Word & MS Excel.
