Description : To Design the Stacker(250TPH) Reclaimer (200 TPH) for Lime Stone and Stacker(150TPH) Reclaimer (100 TPH) for coal and its parts in required area to stock pile, thereafter the reclaimer will reclaims the material from the pile to kiln through conveyor.
Role : Jr.Engineer.
Responsibilities : Detailed Engineering of Linear Stacker Reclaimer – 2 Nos.
Efficiently managing drafting with the help of Auto CAD, etc.
Handling in the Detail drawings of Assemble parts.
Actively involved in Execution of drawings.
To complete all the drawings in time and reporting to Head of the Dept (Design)
PROJECT #3 Sep’06 – Jan ’07 with M/s.
BCC NIGERIA, NIGERIA.
Modification of existing Lime Stone Circular Stacker (600 TPH) and Reclaimer (400 TPH) .
Description To design the Reclaimer for scraper chain arrangement
Role : Jr. Design Engineer
Responsibilities : Involved in Modification works for Scraper chain.
Preparation of part drawings like scraper chain arrangement and shovels.
Submission of G.A and part drawings.
Reporting the Designs to Dept. Head in Time

PROJECT #3 Feb’07 – Jun ’07 with M/s. MANIKGARH CEMENTS LTD, MAHARASTRA.
Modification of existing Lime Stone Stacker (1000 TPH) and Reclaimer (600 TPH).
Description To design the Stacker and Reclaimer spare parts for alignment purpose.
Role : Jr. Design Engineer
Responsibilities : Preparation of spares parts like Loop Car conveyor Idlers & Pulleys.
Involved in Modification works for straightness of Boom Conveyor.
Submission of G.A and Rake car part drawings for changing of Hydraulic drive system to
Mechanical Drive system for Reclaimer

PROJECT #4 July ’07 – Oct’07 with M/s. MAIHAR CEMENTS, M.P.
Description Designing of New Belt conveyors- 2 Nos. (175 TPH each) from Lime Stone stock pile to Lime Stone hopper.
We have to construct a new Lime Stone Belt Conveyors L-9 (45 Mtrs) & L-10 (22 Mtrs)
