My duties & responsibilities are as under  :-
Recruitment & Selection  :-
Responsible for indentifying manpower requirement of all departments.
Sourcing CV’s from different sources, conducting preliminary screening, taking initial interviews, salary negotiations & preparing detailed reference check report for top management approval.
Hiring through campus recruitment of MBA graduates from different business school in Indore for various profiles.
Constructing and administering Aptitude test.
Interviewing candidates.
Conducting joining formalities and induction process.
Ensuring the completion of joining formalities (Issue offer letter / appointment letter, collection of required documents from new joiner).

Statutory Compliance  :-
Opening ESIC Cards for new joiners as applicable under scheme.
Filling online ESI monthly contribution.
Ensuring timely resolution of employee grievances related to ESIC.
Liaising with directors at regional office ESIC Indore.
Registration & Renewal of factory license for all units of MP & CG.
Placing workmen’s compensation policy for workers under non implemented area of ESIC.
Registration of Shops & Establishment License.

Payroll Process  :-
Maintaining employee data in HR payroll System.
Monthly Salary process of Indore unit, electronic salary slip distribution to employees.
Updating all data & reports at payroll system.

Training & Development  :-
Ascertaining the specific training needs of employees and accordingly arranging training programs for improving learning curve.
Training arrangement and overall coordination with trainer.
Obtaining training feedback for determining the effectiveness of training programs.

Administration / personal Management  :-
Personal record maintenance.
Issuing letter to employees relating to appreciation, transfer, long absentees, indiscipline etc.
Making overtime payment of employees.
Maintaining monthly entry / exit MIS of employees.
Administration of training.
Taking employees feedback from time to time.
Exit formalities, Exit Interviews, Issuing relieving & experience letter, Full & Final settlement of account of left employees.

Performance Management System & Orientation  :-
Performing 360°appraisals.
Orientation to the employee towards policies and procedures of the company.
Probation / Confirmation of employees.
Developed long term relationship with employees through personal interaction and close proximity.
