Project Name : Hyperspectral image compression using TDLT&KLT.
Description :
Hyperspectral image is 3 dimentional image which will obviously takes more space to store the image i.e.
the volume of hyperspectral image is so large that a 16-bit AVIRIS image with size of 512 × 512 × 224 will occupy 112 MB .To reduce this size we need efficient compressing techniques. In this project By combining both RTLD and KL transform we have achieved Image Compression ratio of 4.7 where as the individual compression ratios of KLT and DCT are 2.7 and 2.5 respectively.
