** I/C and troubleshooting NMS, Routers, LAN Switches, MUX, DWDM and Microwave devices.
** Conversion of 1+0 hops to 1+1 HSB, ERPS and SNCP ring implementation,E1 capacity expansion, Traffic rerouting, Software up gradation of NES.

** Perform alarms clearing on BSCs, RNCs, 2G/3G/HSPA sites to increase CSR and eliminate/lessen drops, blocks and congestions.
** Perform fault resolution and outage restoration on Access, BTS & Microwave related outages within SLA.
** Conduct BSC Health Check on a quarterly basis. Check and diagnose the different units of BSC. Conduct troubleshooting and replacement of units when necessary.
