** Daily banking & maintaining records

** Scrutiny of Agent Contracting documents by maintaining the Discrepancy % & TAT.
** Follow-up with sales team for any kind of sales requirement
** Follow-up with Underwriting team regarding policy issuance
** Conducting training towards sales team for proper documentation, AML & process changes
** Customer calling for policy renewal & retention
** Maintaining various MIS on daily basis
** Cheque dishonor management
** Handling Administration & Banking of Instruments.
** Maintaining daily collection reports
** Keeping track record of audit propose documents on daily basis

** Handling Business Leakage Project
** Making the MIS on regular basis for leakages.
