Preparation of Stock transfer & Sale Invoice.
Preparation of MIS like Monthly Sales data, Secondary freight analysis, Declaration of Dispatches, Target v/s Achievement oil wise, pack wise, party wise, Sales person wise, Depot wise sales, PTD, QPS, Target Scheme etc.
Controlling of stock, SIT, Stock ageing, Slow moving items, Loose oil disposal approval.
Preparation of insurance claims
Conducting monthly audit as per Company’s polices.
Arranging loading & unloading of Lorries.
Arranging approval of Goods Return, Stock Transfer and Godown Damages Scraping.
Checking & Booking of Sauda of Haryana
Sales Tax related matters like quarterly sales return
