** We have done the automation of die casting process. Die casting process in which forcing molten metal under high pressure into a mold cavity. The hydraulics was used in this case because hydraulics provides rapid control operation. With the help of hydraulic power pack, hydraulic cylinder, control system for actuation and C channel structure wear used as the basic framework.
** The main advantages of automated manufacturing are higher consistency and quality, reduce handling, reduce lead time, simplification of production and improve work flow.
