** Deciding the Draft angle, Thickness for Clip Towers and Mountings for the assembly purpose.
** Development of B side attachment features as per structure feasibility & hence maintaining proper 3-2-1 principle.
** Designed Flange & Depressions to avoid Interference during Heat staking
** Creation of ribs on B side for strengthening purpose using master section.
** Mounting features with provided tooling direction and slider/lifter direction
** Maintain Gap & Flush without affecting Aesthetic look, analyzing clash with surrounding part or contact with the mating surface
** With given tolerances creating parametric models from non-parametric components

** Checking the part for any sort of interference using the Clash & Sectioning tool in Space analysis tool bar.
** Converting 2d models to 3D components and then to detailed drafting.
** Basic knowledge in GD .
** Knowledge in automotive Plastic manufacturing.
** Possess the in-depth knowledge of sheet metal operations.
** Comprehensive knowledge of product life cycle management and Computer-Aided Engineering.
